The pool definitely needs regular maintenance!!! The back door being unlocked made me uneasy about security!!! I would prefer better oversight on early check-in policies to enhance guest experience!!!

Had a great experience! The breakfast options were super diverse, and I loved the comfortable beds, which felt like a treat after a long day. The pool was a perfect chill spot, even if it needed a little cleaning.

My children wished for better water quality in the pool. It could really use some attention for cleanliness to ensure families like ours feel fully comfortable and safe during their stay.

I really loved how central the hotel was, making it super easy to explore interesting spots like the charming Cove of Chestertown and the lovely art galleries on High Street all within walking distance. The breakfast options kept me fueled for all my city adventures.

The Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and clean, which was awesome. The beds were really comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. However, the shower light was out, and we had some trouble with the sink draining. But the staff handled it quickly by giving us a new room, so that was cool. Overall, we enjoyed our two-night stay!
